    • All safes are custom-made and require a free consultation before a final price is determined.
    • Once an order is placed, cancellations and refunds can be processed only before manufacturing begins, typically within 5 business days of order processing.
    • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    3. Payment & Pricing

    • Prices for safes are determined after consultation and may vary based on materials, customization, and shipping costs.
    • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
    • Full payment is required before manufacturing begins.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Shipping times vary depending on the size of the safe and destination. A final shipping cost will be provided after consultation.
    • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
    • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

    5. Warranties & Liability

    • Our safes are designed for security, but The Safe Gal does not guarantee protection against all forms of theft, damage, or tampering.
    • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage related to the use or misuse of our safes.
    • Any claims regarding product defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • All content, images, designs, and text on The Safe Gal website are the property of The Safe Gal and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
