At The Safe Gal, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Before Manufacturing Begins: You can cancel your order or request a refund within 5 business days after your order is processed, as long as manufacturing has not yet started. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations due to the customized nature of our products.
- Free Consultation: Customers will receive a final cost for manufacturing and shipping after their free consultation. We encourage you to review all details before making your final decision.
Returns
- Due to the custom nature of our safes, returns are not accepted once manufacturing has begun.
- If the safe arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and arrange for any necessary replacements or repairs.
