    At The Safe Gal, we strive to provide you with the safest and most secure delivery experience for your custom-made safes. Please review our shipping policy below for more details about processing, shipping times, and delivery.

    Processing Time

    • All orders will be processed after the completion of your free consultation and finalizing the cost for manufacturing and shipping.
    • The typical processing time is 5 business days before manufacturing begins. Once manufacturing starts, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeline based on the complexity of the safe and your location.

    Shipping Time

    • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size of the safe. Delivery can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days once the safe is ready to ship.
    • We will notify you with tracking information once your order has shipped, so you can track your safe’s journey every step of the way.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
    • The final cost for shipping will be provided after your free consultation.

    Damaged or Lost Items

    • In the rare event that your safe arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will assist in resolving the issue and ensure that your safe is either repaired or replaced if necessary.

    International Shipping

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to inquire about international shipping, please contact us, and we will discuss possible options.

    Delivery Instructions

    • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the safe upon delivery, as safes can be heavy and require careful handling.
    • If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them during the checkout process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
